Perfect Matcha Latte
how I make it:
blend 1/2 tbsp matcha powder with 1 cup almond or coconut milk, add 1 tbsp maple syrup, & pour over ice
Coffee 3 ways
1 cup of Black Starbucks Medium Roast Iced Coffee jugs, 1 tbsp honey
1 cup of Black Starbucks Medium Roast Iced Coffee jugs, splash almond milk, splash vanilla creamer (I use Chobani’s because it has all real ingredients)
Chocolate-Oat Milk Latté: 1/2 tbspCocoa Powder melted in hot water, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 cup oat milk, 2 shots espresso — on ice
Homemade Chocolate Drink
1 tbsp of unsweetened Cacao powder, 1-2 servings monk fruit sweetener or 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, blend with 1 1/2 cup (12 oz) almond milk, add ice!
Cayenne-Lemon Cleanse Water
Lemon juice, maple syrup or 1 serving of monk fruit sweetener, & 1/2 tbsp cayenne Pepper (if this upsets your stomach, leave the cayenne out!)
Skinny Sangria Spritzer
1/2 glass wine
handfull crushed frozen berries
1/2 club/lemon-lime soda
squeeze of lemon
Ginger kombucha cocktail
Gingerade kombucha
Lime juice
Club soda
Agave nectar
Silver Tequila of choice
